A former English professor, Michael Powers made his first webpage in 1994 and became a full-time Web professional in 2001.
In his current role, he has overseen ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ's transition from a static HTML website to its first content management system and led ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ's adoption of social media. He has also served during the past academic year as the interim director of the ÁñÁ«ÊÓƵ Office of Communications.
